Updating your information is a breeze! Just visit the wash and then let one of our helpful managers know. We will handle everything!

We are sorry to see you take-off so soon, but we understand that circumstances change. Please stop by the wash and one of our managers can cancel your plan or adjust your plan to better suit your needs! Once cancelled you do get to continue washing through the end of your paid wash cycle.

Yes, each car needs its own membership, but multiple cars can be entered under the same credit card.

Upgrading or downgrading your wash plan takes effect immediately. We suggest to all our members when upgrading or downgrading your wash plan that you do this at the very beginning of your wash cycle when renew. This way you are able to take advantage of the entire month that you have paid for.

Yes, the membership will auto renew each month on the same billing date. However, you can cancel or change your subscription at any time.
